Ed Sheeran is officially back on the road, taking his highly anticipated Loop Tour 2026 across massive stadiums in North and South America. Known for his incredible ability to command a crowd of 70,000 people with nothing but an acoustic guitar and his signature loop pedal, the British singer-songwriter is delivering one of the most memorable live music experiences of the year.
If you are planning to attend one of the upcoming shows, or if you are looking for the perfect memorabilia to celebrate the tour, we have rounded up everything you need to know about the venues, the music, and the exclusive merchandise you won’t want to miss.
What to Expect from the Music and Setlist
When you buy a ticket to an Ed Sheeran concert, you are signing up for a masterclass in live performance. Unlike pop stars who rely on massive backing bands and backing tracks, Sheeran builds his songs entirely from scratch live on stage. Using his custom loop station, he layers his vocals, guitar tapping for percussion, and chord progressions right in front of the audience.
While the official setlist varies slightly from night to night to keep things fresh, fans can expect a massive, career-spanning tracklist.
The Classics: Be ready to sing along to stadium anthems like “Shape of You,” “Bad Habits,” “Thinking Out Loud,” and “Castle on the Hill.”
Acoustic Medleys: Sheeran typically dedicates a portion of the show to stripped-down, intimate acoustic medleys, bringing the massive stadium vibe down to the feeling of a local pub.
New Surprises: Expect fresh arrangements and potentially some unreleased teasers mixed in with his fan-favorite deep cuts.
