These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of christgiftus.com (the “Site”) and any order you place with ChristGiftUs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be able to form a legally binding contract where you live, and you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with its security or operation.
2. Products and services
We sell gifts, including personalized keepsakes, apparel, collectibles, home decor, drinkware and accessories. Many items are produced after you order rather than held in stock. Small variations in color, print position, finish and dimensions can occur between individual items because of the production process. Such variations are normal and are not defects.
3. Product images and descriptions
Product images are representative. Colors shown on your screen depend on your device and display settings, and printed colors can differ slightly from what you see. Mockups and lifestyle photos are illustrations of the design, not photographs of the exact item you will receive.
4. Availability and pricing
All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.
5. Orders and order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. Your order is accepted only when we send confirmation that it has entered production or shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where there is a suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, a payment that cannot be verified, an error in price or description, or stock that is no longer available.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including the recipient name, delivery address, product options and any personalization details.
6. Personalized and made-to-order products
Personalized items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold. Before you pay, please check every detail you have entered: spelling of names, dates, sizes, colors and any uploaded photo. We print exactly what you submit, including any error it contains.
Personalized and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. They remain covered by section 12 if the item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
7. Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests can generally only be honored within 6 hours of the order being placed, and only if production has not yet started. After production starts, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. Payment
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may hold or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, or where the billing information does not match the payment method used.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide from warehouses in the United States, Asia and Europe. Your order is dispatched from the warehouse that produces it. Total time to receive an order is production time plus transit time. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit is then 7 to 12 days with Standard Shipping or 5 to 10 days with Express Shipping, counted from dispatch, not from the day you order.
All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspection, weather, strikes, peak holiday volume, or an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel.
10. Customs, duties and import taxes
Whether import charges apply depends on your destination and on which warehouse your order ships from. An order that crosses a border may be subject to import duty, tax or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict their amount. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, any shipping cost already incurred is not refundable.
11. Returns, refunds and exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse, because our items are produced individually after you order. This does not affect any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
Where a return is accepted under section 12, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
12. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm the issue we will replace the item or refund it. Do not discard the item or packaging before contacting us, as the carrier may require them.
13. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions run for a limited time, may exclude certain products, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise. A discount code must be applied at checkout; we cannot apply it to an order after the order has been placed. We may withdraw a promotion or refuse a code that has been obtained or used improperly.
14. Intellectual property
The Site, its layout, text, graphics, product photography and original designs are owned by ChristGiftUs or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
15. Content you provide
When you upload a photo or submit text for personalization, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
We may refuse or cancel any personalization request that we believe infringes a third party’s rights, or that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. Where we refuse an order on these grounds, we will refund it.
16. Reviews and feedback
We welcome honest reviews. By submitting a review, comment or photograph, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our products. We may remove content that is spam, abusive, off-topic or unlawful.
17. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to, or rely on, services operated by others, including payment processors, shipping carriers and social media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
18. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to infringe intellectual property, to submit false or fraudulent information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, or to interfere with the experience of other users.
19. Accuracy of information on the Site
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but the Site may contain errors or information that is out of date. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChristGiftUs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from any product you purchase, including loss of profit, loss of data, or a gift not arriving in time for a particular occasion. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChristGiftUs and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submitted for personalization.
23. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
25. Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
26. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled by the courts located in the State of Colorado.
