Porsche 911 Evolution 2026 Advent Calendar

The cover is every Porsche driver’s dream drive: a winding road through snow-capped mountains and pine forest, with a line of 911s through the ages following a cream original. The box is finished in black and silver, with the Porsche crest on the spine and back.

Sixty Years of One Shape

Porsche unveiled its new sports car at the Frankfurt Motor Show on 12 September 1963. It was first called the 901, but Peugeot held the rights to three-digit car names with a zero in the middle in France, so after only a few dozen cars the name changed to 911. The rear engine, the sloping roof and the round headlights have stayed ever since.

In 2017 the one millionth 911 rolled off the line at Zuffenhausen. Few cars have changed so much under the skin while looking so recognisably the same, which is exactly what this calendar celebrates: one silhouette, evolving through every decade.

What the Designs Cover

• The early cars: a cream classic, a red Targa and a white Carrera RS with green script.
• The air-cooled era: a silver Turbo with whale tail, a blue and a red 964, a black Turbo and a purple 993.
• The modern cars: a yellow Turbo, a silver 997, white, orange and purple GT3 RS models, green, blue, red and grey Carreras, and a Safari rally 911.
• Keepsakes: a steering wheel, a Fuchs-style wheel, a Porsche helmet, a tool chest and the Porsche crest.

Each window holds a flat acrylic ornament printed on both sides; the models in the photos are renders. The numbers on the layout image show the generations side by side and are not the window order.

For the 911 Devotee

This suits the Porsche club member, the owner who keeps their car under a cover all winter, or the enthusiast saving up for a first 911. Each morning brings a new generation to debate: air-cooled or water-cooled, narrow body or wide.
