The season ends in October and the next one starts in February, which leaves a long stretch with nothing to watch. A countdown calendar is a reasonable way to fill part of it, and putting the Bronx on the box in navy and silver — stadium lights on, snow on the pines, the skyline behind — makes the wait feel like part of the fixture list rather than a gap in it.

What Is on the Box

Navy base with the club name and the interlocking NY, and 2026 Holiday Collector Advent Calendar printed clearly across the front. Snowy pines frame a night-time skyline, the stadium is lit, white stars and holiday wreaths fill the space between — and along the bottom sits a panel carrying the name you choose.

Your Name on the Front

Set the name at checkout and it is printed into the box artwork along with everything else — not stuck on as a label afterwards. That is what makes it work as a gift for a specific person rather than as a generic team item: the box has their name on it before the first door is opened.

What Comes Inside

A paper outer box, 13.5 x 18 x 3 cm and 135 g, over a moulded plastic tray holding twenty-four acrylic pieces in their own slots. Die-cut dotted lines outline every window, so a door opens under a thumbnail without tearing the artwork next to it.

Each piece is 3.2 x 3.2 cm, printed on both faces — matte one side, gloss the other — with a hanging tab punched through. A protective film covers one face on arrival; peel it before the piece goes on a hook.

Looking After the Pieces

A dry cloth lifts fingerprints from acrylic; damp cloths and sprays leave a haze that will not polish out. Once December is over, put the pieces back into the moulded tray rather than a decoration box — it keeps the tabs straight and the printed faces from rubbing together.

Where exactly does the name appear?

On a panel along the bottom of the front artwork, printed as part of the design rather than added as a sticker or a card.

Does the box survive being posted?

It travels as a flat rigid carton with the ornaments held in their tray, so nothing rattles loose. Worth boxing it again if it is going far, since the printed lid is the part that scuffs.

Are the ornaments team-themed or generic holiday shapes?

They follow the box: club marks and holiday motifs together, so a row of them on a branch reads as a Yankees set rather than as ordinary decorations.

Is it too late to start if December has begun?

Not really. Nothing stops you opening several at once to catch up — the doors are numbered but they are not locked to a date.
