Alabama Crimson Tide NCAA 2026 Christmas Ornament

This ornament turns a Christmas tree into a piece of Alabama football. Crimson and white branches sweep up in layers to a gold star, edged with gold outlines, snowflakes and sprigs of holly, and the famous script A sits in the centre above a football. A banner across the base reads ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE.

Why It Means Something in Alabama

Few college programmes carry the weight of the Crimson Tide. Alabama claims 18 national championships, one of the richest records in the sport, and its sideline has been home to Paul “Bear” Bryant and Nick Saban, two of the most successful coaches the sport has known. For families across the state, Saturday in Tuscaloosa, the walk to Bryant-Denny Stadium and the shout of “Roll Tide” are traditions passed down like heirlooms.

A Christmas ornament is a natural place for that kind of loyalty. It hangs on the tree year after year, often beside ornaments from a first home or a baby’s first Christmas, and quietly says which team the household belongs to.

The timing is fitting, too. The Iron Bowl against Auburn, one of the fiercest rivalries in American sport and played every year since 1948, usually falls on Thanksgiving weekend, so for many Alabama families the ornament goes on the tree right after the most talked-about game of the season.

Design and Material

Held in hand to show the size and detail.

The ornament is cut to the outline of the tree and printed in full colour on both sides with UV ink, so the colours stay sharp and the design reads from either side of the branch. It hangs from a gold cord. The listing photos show it in acrylic and in a natural wood version, and in several sizes from about 8 cm up to 22.8 cm; choose the material and size at checkout. Allow a small variation of 0.5–2 mm from hand measuring.

Gifting and Display

It makes an easy gift for a Bama graduate living away from home, a grandparent who has held season tickets for decades, or a family celebrating a first Christmas in a new house. The larger sizes also stand out on a mantel stand or in a window.
