St. Louis Blues Ozzy Osbourne Tribute Night Bobblehead Figure

The St. Louis Blues announced an Ozzy Osbourne Tribute Night for December 2, 2026 as part of their promotional schedule, with an Ozzy bobblehead for the first 10,000 fans at the arena. The St. Louis Blues Ozzy Osbourne Tribute Night Bobblehead Figure is our take on that idea: Ozzy in a Blues jersey, standing on a blue-and-gold base with his name across the front.

Why Ozzy Wears a Blues Jersey

The link goes back to 1984. When Ozzy was arrested in Memphis that May, his booking photo showed him in a St. Louis Blues jersey, and the mugshot became one of the strangest pieces of hockey memorabilia in circulation. Ozzy himself brought it back to life on June 9, 2019, tweeting the photo during the Blues’ run to their first Stanley Cup, and Blues fans adopted it as a good-luck image.

Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, a few weeks after his farewell show, “Back to the Beginning,” at Villa Park in his hometown of Birmingham on July 5, 2025, where the last song he sang on stage was “Paranoid.” The Blues paid tribute after his death and used Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” in their pregame video for the 2025–26 season. A tribute night was the natural next step.

The Prince of Darkness

Ozzy’s career started in Birmingham in 1968, when he and three friends formed the band that became Black Sabbath. Albums like “Paranoid” (1970) helped invent heavy metal, and after leaving the band he launched a solo career with “Blizzard of Ozz” in 1980, home to “Crazy Train.” He entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, with Black Sabbath in 2006 and as a solo artist in 2024. Later, “The Osbournes” on MTV introduced him to a generation that had never bought a metal record. All of that is part of why hockey fans in St. Louis, a long way from Birmingham, still claim him as one of their own.

A Figure for Two Kinds of Fan

This one sits where hockey fandom and heavy metal meet. For a Blues fan, it is a nod to one of the oddest and best stories in team history and to the 2019 Cup run. For an Ozzy or Black Sabbath fan, it is a small memorial to the Prince of Darkness in a setting that made him laugh. Put it on a desk beside a Blues puck, on a shelf next to a record collection or on a car dashboard on game day, as in our first photo.

It is also a strong gift for the fan who has everything Blues-related already, because there is nothing else quite like it.

Care

Dust it with a soft dry brush, keep it out of direct sunlight so the colours stay true and avoid pulling on the head. Place it on a flat, stable surface.
