Chicago Bears Legends and Stars 2026 Advent Calendar

Chicago football belongs in the holiday routine

The Chicago Bears Legends and Stars 2026 Advent Calendar is for households where the football season is part of the background to December. A window opened each day brings a little team colour into the build-up to Christmas, creating a display that changes as the holiday gets closer.

The Bears are Chicago’s professional American football team, with a following that can connect generations of the same family. Someone may remember the players they grew up watching, while a younger supporter knows a different roster. A Legends and Stars theme leaves room for that wider attachment to the team, rather than making the calendar depend on one game or one result.

This is where the product can feel personal. For a parent and adult child who still discuss Bears games, or a Chicago supporter celebrating Christmas elsewhere, the decorations carry a familiar point of connection. They bring a favourite sporting interest into the home in a way that can sit alongside existing holiday traditions.

Navy and orange with a winter setting

The packaging combines the Bears’ C logo and team lettering with Chicago skyline and stadium artwork. Snowy trees and a dark winter sky give the football references a Christmas setting. It is enough to establish the theme without turning every part of the display into a separate sporting scene.

Inside are flat acrylic decorations with printed artwork. The character and football designs belong to an ornament-style collection, suited to hanging or upright display according to their construction. The illustrated depth of a design should be enjoyed as part of the print; the pieces themselves remain flat acrylic.

Let the arrangement develop through December

Begin with the unopened box and choose a nearby place for the first reveal. You can build a small group on a mantel or gradually add hanging pieces to your usual Christmas tree. Keeping the display close to the calendar makes the progression easy to notice, especially when everyone opens the next window together.

There is no need to give every piece a permanent position immediately. Rearranging the display can become part of the routine as new designs appear. Someone who enjoys decorating may prefer to group related illustrations, while another person may simply add each reveal wherever there is room.

For gifting, the calendar suits the Bears fan whose team allegiance is already well known. It offers something to enjoy across several weeks, making it a natural early holiday present. The recipient gets both the anticipation of the doors and a collection of pieces to keep after the final opening.

Pick a format for your home

Standard works well for a modest display area or a smaller seasonal tree. Premium gives the artwork a larger presence and suits a more spacious arrangement. Consider whether the calendar will stay on a side table, become part of a room’s main decorations or move between opening and storage.

Once you have chosen the scale, use the supplied construction to guide placement. Hanging pieces belong on suitable hooks or ribbon; stand-base pieces need a stable surface. Keeping the display within easy reach makes the daily reveal a comfortable habit.

Countdown format and product details

The paper outer box contains a moulded plastic tray, with die-cut windows for daily opening. Start on December 1 and open one window each day through Christmas Eve. The pieces are printed on both sides, with one matte face and one glossy face; peel away the protective film before putting a revealed decoration on display.

Opening, display and care

Open each window along its die-cut lines and remove the piece carefully. Use a hanging hole with a suitable hook or ribbon, or use a stand base for upright display, according to the supplied construction. For a standing arrangement, choose a level indoor surface where the pieces will not be knocked as you reach for the next window.

Wipe the acrylic with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid scraping the print or bending the pieces while removing them from the tray. Keep the paper box dry, and protect the decorations from rough handling, unnecessary moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

When the season ends, keep the pieces together with the tray and box where practical. Store them in a dry place with the printed surfaces protected from hard objects. The acrylic decorations can be brought out again for another festive arrangement; opening the paper windows is part of the original countdown experience.
