Some brands become a colour. Monster is one of them — the claw mark and that particular acid green read from across a car park, on a truck, a jersey, a helmet or a can. A paper box, 13.5 x 18 x 3 cm and 135 g, over a moulded plastic tray holding twenty-four acrylic ornaments in separate slots. The windows are die-cut, so each door opens under a thumbnail without tearing into the panel beside it.

Every piece is 3.2 cm square, printed on both faces — one matte, one gloss — with a hanging tab punched through the acrylic. Peel the protective film off one side before anything goes on a hook.

Looking After the Pieces

A soft dry cloth takes fingerprints off, and a dark glossy surface shows every one of them. Skip anything damp or abrasive — it hazes acrylic and the damage is permanent. Back into the tray at the end of the month so the tabs stay straight.

Is there any drink inside?

No — the doors hide acrylic ornaments rather than cans. It is a decoration set on a Monster theme, not a variety pack.

Will fingerprints be a problem on the dark pieces?

They show more than on pale artwork, which is why a dry cloth is worth keeping nearby. They wipe off in seconds as long as nothing damp has been used first.

Does the green print glow or reflect?

It reflects rather than glows — the acid green is printed, and the glossy face is what makes it lift under a lamp. There is nothing luminous in the material.
