Snow on a palm tree is a joke Los Angeles has been making about itself for a hundred years, and it is the right joke for this box. Navy base, stadium lights on, the skyline behind, and enough silver and gold in the trim to make December out of a city that does not really do winter.

What Is on the Box

The club lettering and a large white LA sit above Dodger Stadium, with palm trees, snowflakes, Christmas trees and stadium floodlights filling the rest. Bold white and silver sports type carries the front, and blue, red, green and gold accents do the holiday work without turning the whole thing into a wrapping-paper pattern. A personalisation panel runs along the bottom.

Your Name on the Front

Set the name at checkout and it is printed into the artwork rather than applied afterwards. It is a small thing that changes what the box is: a gift addressed to one person instead of a team item that anybody could have picked up.

What Comes Inside

Paper outer box at 13.5 x 18 x 3 cm and 135 g, over a moulded plastic tray that keeps twenty-four acrylic pieces in their own slots. Every window is die-cut, so a door opens under a thumbnail without tearing into the neighbouring artwork.

Each piece is 3.2 x 3.2 cm, printed both sides — matte and gloss — with a hanging tab punched through the acrylic. One face arrives under a protective film that needs peeling before display.

Looking After the Pieces

Dry cloth only; damp or abrasive cleaning hazes acrylic and there is no fixing it afterwards. When the countdown is done, slot the pieces back into the tray rather than tipping them into a box of decorations — that is what keeps the tabs straight through to next December.
